Welcome to Carlisle & District Law Society.

The objectives of Carlisle & District Law Society are to support the reputation and interests of Solicitors practising in Carlisle, Penrith, Dalston and Wigton, to promote and maintain good practice, to assist in the conciliation of disputes quickly and informally, and to consider and act upon questions affecting the profession at large and in particular the solicitors in the Carlisle and District Area.

We also encourage legal education, and provide a forum for local solicitors to discuss matters of professional concern and to meet socially.
